Shopping at Motosentor is very easy! You can complete your shopping quickly by adding the products you want to your cart and filling in the address and payment information. You can also shop without creating an account.

To get detailed information and support about the products you want to purchase, you can send an email to info@motosentor.com

You can easily create an account by clicking on the “Create Account” button in the top right corner of the Motosentor homepage and filling out the New Membership Form.

First and foremost, make sure that the information provided in the New Membership Form is accurate. Also, ensure that your password is not easily guessed by others.

After clicking on your name in the top right corner, you can change your membership information by selecting “Account Details.”

You can click on the “Forgot Password” link on the membership login screen to send a password reset request email to the email address you used for your membership. By clicking the “Create New Password” button in that email, you can create a new password.

After adding the desired products to your cart at Motosentor, you can complete your purchase quickly and easily by entering the required address and payment information.

For products that are out of stock, you can contact us by sending an email to info@motosentor.com to inquire about availability.

We kindly ask you to wait for an additional four business days beyond the Expected Delivery Date. If your package has not arrived by that time, please contact us.

Didn’t receive your order?

If the carrier accidentally scanned the delivery too early, please allow an additional two business days after the scanned delivery. If your package still hasn’t arrived, please contact us.

For products in stock, the maximum processing time for an order placed through the Motosentor website is 1 business day. For products that are not in stock, you will be informed about the lead time and regularly updated on the status of your order.

You can cancel your order by sending a cancellation request email to info@motosentor.com before your item is shipped. (My recommendation is to send an email to both addresses.)

Once you have submitted an order through our payment page, it goes into processing and cannot be changed or canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If the system is not approving your credit card for the purchase transaction, it might be because your card is not enabled for online shopping. To resolve this issue, you need to contact your bank.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a cash-on-delivery option. You can make your purchase using a credit card.

At Motosentor, your credit card information is protected with a 256-bit SSL certificate. This method ensures secure shopping for you.

You can request a change of address by sending an email to info@motosentor.com before your order is shipped. (My recommendation is to send an email to both addresses.)

When receiving your order, check the package for any signs of damage such as tears or dents. If there is any issue with the package, the courier will assist you. In such a case, do not accept the package and make sure to file a report with the courier. For any related issues, you can contact us at info@motosentor.com.

Please note that post-delivery notifications of missing or damaged items may be rejected if no report or documentation was made at the time of delivery.

Fragile and breakable items are wrapped and secured with protective foam and air-filled cushions. This ensures they are well-protected against impacts during the shipping process. Every effort is made to minimize the possibility of damage during the handling and shipping process.

When your purchased item is shipped, you will receive an email notification including the tracking number. By clicking on the “Track your order” button on the Lather & Luxe homepage and entering your tracking number, you can check the status of your shipment. Please note that for early-stage shipments, you may encounter a message saying “This number can’t be reached at the moment…”. In such cases, please check again after a few days.

You can return the purchased product in its original packaging and in the condition you received it within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The return shipping fee for any reason is covered by the customer. For product returns and detailed information, you can contact us at info@motosentor.com.
