Warranty Conditions
The warranty for the products sold on our website is provided by the manufacturers, and our company has no obligations regarding the warranty. Our company guarantees the smooth delivery of the purchased products to the customer. However, warranty conditions for certain products may be reserved. You can return the purchased product within three (3) days from the delivery date by stating the reason, without damaging, using, or impairing the marketability of the product, and without opening the plastic wrap or label. However, the product must be returned complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging, along with the invoice, return form, and any accessories, if available. If any of these requirements are missing, the product return will not be accepted. Upon the proper return of the product according to the return conditions, the product price will be refunded. The reflection of the refund to your account may take 1-3 weeks depending on your bank. Payments made by bank transfer will be reflected in the account within one week at the latest.
In accordance with the relevant law published in the Official Gazette in October 2022, opened plastic wrap cannot be accepted for the return of technological products.
Before sending the product, select the “Return Form” under the “Topics” section on our website’s “Contact” page and send it to us, stating your reason. Subsequently, the product return form will be sent to your email address. You need to fill out this form and send it to us. The form will be reviewed by the Technical Service Department, and upon approval, you can return the product.
Send the products to be returned to the Technical Service Department immediately after receiving the approval. The shipping cost for return items will be paid by the sender. Cash-on-delivery shipments with other courier companies will not be accepted, and the shipping cost will be borne by the sender.
Exchange Conditions
Attention: Please always provide your order number in any communication regarding your order. Sold products cannot be exchanged except under the following conditions.
1. In case of (*) faulty or non-functional product upon receipt,
2. In case of damage occurring during transportation by the shipping company (**) and the recipient refuses to accept the damaged shipment, the damage will be compensated by us.
(*) To accept your request regarding product-related issues (excluding issues that are not visible upon delivery), the following conditions must be met:
a) The exchange process must be initiated within two days following the delivery date.
b) The products to be exchanged must be returned with the shipping company used for the delivery.
c) If the reason for exchange is evaluated and found to comply with the listed conditions, the faulty products will be replaced with new ones. In such a case, all expenses related to return and re-delivery will be covered by us. If the product does not meet the above conditions for exchange, all expenses related to the return request will be borne by the customer.
(**) In case of issues caused by the delivery company, damaged packages must not be accepted, and a report must be prepared by the delivery company. If the delivery company representative believes that the package is undamaged, you have the right to request the package to be opened and the products to be checked for damage, and the situation should be recorded in a report. However, once the package is accepted by you, it will be deemed that the delivery company has fulfilled its duty properly. If the package is not accepted and a report is prepared, the situation should be reported to us along with a copy of the report as soon as possible. We will ensure a new and healthy delivery as soon as possible.
Delivery Conditions
The products you ordered will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 2 business days from the confirmation date.

on our website is free of charge. Sales are not made to individuals who are not registered members of our website.
Our company undertakes to act in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers, as amended by Law No. 4822.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, you can contact your customer representative and proceed with the cancellation process. If there are any deductions, the refund (if no shipment has been made) will be processed within 3 (three) business days after the cancellation request.
